Manavi is a dry white wine made from the Kakheti Mtsvane grapes from Manavi in the Georgian Caucasus Kakheti. The wine takes its name from the village of Manavi, where this exceptional grape variety "Manavi Mtsvane(Manavi Green)" grows. The wine is made using the classic method and is characterized by crisp, fruity aromas of quince and pears.
