Mukuzani 2023 – Marani
Mukuzaniist ein Dorf in Kakheti, westlich vom Fluß Alazani. Die Saperavi Trauben werden bei optimaler Reife von Hand gelesen.
Die Fermentation erfolgt im Edelstahltank. Danach wird der Wein durch eine 9-12 monatige Lagerung in 225L Eichenfässern weiter ausgebaut.
