Tsinandali is a fruity white wine with a straw-like colour. The wine shows beautiful acidity on the palate. Crisp freshness harmonises very well with grey fruit and grape aromas. Tsinandali is a good companion for fish and vegetable dishes.
Tsinandali is normally made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes, but in this case MOSMIERI has dared to experiment and used 100% Rkatsiteli for the production of this wine. After cold maceration, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Even without Mtsvane, the wine is quite balanced, but at the same time, as our tests have shown, it reacts strongly to the drinking temperature.
