The dry red wine Otskhanuri Sapere is produced using the Qvevri method from the Otskhanuri Sapere grape variety, which is grown in the Imereti region. The wine has a raspberry-red colour and is characterised by elegant aromas of fresh herbs, wild flowers, ripe berries and plums. The full-bodied wine has a high acidity on the palate and a long, red-fruity finish.
Best enjoyed at around 16-18˚C
